It is our wish to provide customers with quality product and services. We desire to provide a place where customers can purchase quality books at discounted prices and to provide a place where customers can bring their own books and receive credit toward their own purchases.


Company History
The Book Exchange began as an on-line venture in 2007.  In 2008, the store was opened in it's current location.  What began as just a few bookshelves with a smattering of volumes has grown into a store with over three thousand volumes and it is still growing.

It is with great excitement, and not a little nervousness, that we proudly announce we will soon be moving the store to a downtown Litchfield at 224 N State St location. We will also be re-naming the store-No Bad Books. We will have a totally new location and look. However, the quality customer service we are proud of will remain the same.

Our Mission is to provide book lovers with quality products and services. We are here to provide a place where customers can purchase quality books at discount prices.Customers may bring in their own books for in-store credit based on the books' value and receive even more discounts on their purchases. Even those who have no books to bring in enjoy discount prices!
